The Oliver Amateur Radio Club

Is a non profit BC Registered Society based in Oliver, B.C. in the South Okanagan region of B.C, Canada
The club is for Amateur Radio Operators & Enthusiasts and also provides Emergency Communications in the Regional District of Okanagan – Similikameen.

The club was instituted in 1992 and currently has over 35 members.
Oliver Amateur Radio Club has a 2 meter (VE7RBD 147.160MHz + Tone: 88.5Hz) Repeater site on Mt. Baldy 2,3030 meters / 7557 feet above sea level, located 38km’s east of Oliver, BC  Photo’s of the Repeater site on Mt. Baldy and the View from the mountains can be viewed from the mountain on this website.

OARC is working to host another Basic Amateur Operators Certificate Course in the near future.  Please visit our Facebook page as any current or known remote courses will be posted on there.
